Mustang was restricted area before 1991. It was only opened for trekkers
in 1991. Mustang is also known as second Tibet. The religion, the
plateau, and the barren land of mustang resembles the land of Tibet. It
is high, dry, barren and beautiful land. It is a moderate trekking and
requires a special permit for trekking from the authorized Offices. A
glimpse of itinerary of this trekking is given below.
Day 01
Arrive Kathmandu, you will be picked up by Treks Agency office
representatives and transfer to hotel
Day 02
Full day sightseeing in Kathmandu with professional tour guide ; the
sightseeing spots this day includes Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhhanath
Stupa ,Swayambhunath Stupa ,Kathmandu Durbar Square , Patan Durbar
Square etc.
Day 03
Drive or fly to Pokhara from Kathmandu.
Day 04
Drive to Naya Pool and trekking to Hile (1475m)
Day 05
Trekking from Hile to Ghorepani (2850m)
Day 06
Trekking from Ghorepani to Tatopani
Day 07
Trekking from Tatopani to Ghasa (2010m)
Day 08
Trekking from Ghasa to Tukche (2590m)
Day 09
Trekking from Tukche to Kagbeni (2800m)

Trek from Kagbeni to Chele (3200m)
